To achieve this look at home, simply apply a holding mousse to your hair straight out of the shower. Dry the hair until there are no damp spots and wrap sections of your hair into hot foam curlers. After the hair is set, apply a little shining hair spray and run your fingers through the curls. Finish with a few more spritz of spray.
